LBS Financial Announces Promotion to Management Team

Long Beach, CA – May 7, 2019– LBS Financial Credit Union announces a promotion to its management team.
“LBS Financial is proud to announce the promotion of Jennifer Trejo Morones as the new vice president of electronic services,” said Jeff Napper, president and CEO.

Jennifer started her career with LBS Financial 16 years ago as a part-time member service representative at the Cerritos branch while still attending college. She was promoted to retail operations analyst where she led and/or assisted with many organizational projects and worked directly with branch team members to streamline operations, implement new technologies, and help ensure our service objectives were being achieved.  In her latest position as manager of electronic services, she led her team on service quality initiatives, implemented operational efficiencies and executed on payment service initiatives that have helped LBS Financial remain competitive in the marketplace.

Jennifer earned her M.B.A. in Business Administration from Brandman University in 2016. She is an alumni of California State University, Long Beach with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Management and Operations Management.  She is also an honors graduate from Western CUNA Management School.
