    How do I make an appointment in Online or Mobile Banking?

    Log into Online or Mobile Banking and select "Make an appointment" on the menu, under "Services." You will be prompted to select a service (New Accounts, Loans, Account Updates, Debit/ATM Card, etc.). Next, select a location. On the next screen, select a date and time from the options displayed for the location selected. Finally, enter your details where prompted and select "Book Appointment."
