COVID-19 Update

Posted by: LBS Financial on May 13, 2020

Dear Valued Members,

As our local cities and counties have entered “Stage 2” of the Safer at Home orders I wanted to reach out to you with an update from your Credit Union. To date, LBS Financial Credit Union has been able to continue to serve our Members during regular business hours at all branches (with the exception of CSULB due to the campus closure).

While our services remain open, our operations are quite different: we have limited the number of Members allowed in a branch, implemented social distancing, and all employees and Members must wear face coverings.  During busy days this means a line outside some of our branches, unfortunately. We have also implemented enhanced cleaning practices in all of our branches and at our ATMs and have installed plexiglass barriers between Members and employees for further protection. Using digital services (Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Phone Banking) or contacting our call center is still highly encouraged as an alternative to visiting a branch.  But, we are here if you need us!

We will continue to require face coverings by both Members and our employees inside of our branches and at our walk-up windows.  As the government begins to open various segments of the economy, the risk of contracting COVID-19 has not decreased.

Thank you for all you do to help protect our employees, friends, family, and the community.  If you are having financial difficulties and need help with a loan you have with LBS Financial, please call us at 800.527.3328 and we can walk you through the options available on mortgages and consumer loans.

Stay safe and healthy,

Jeffrey A. Napper
