LBS Financial conducts many different surveys during the year to request Member feedback about our products and services. You may receive one of our semi-annual surveys by mail, a phone call or an email following a transaction. We hope you take a moment to give us your feedback.

Telephone Surveys

You may receive a phone call from our partner, Discovery Research Group, a provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM) systems. On behalf of the Credit Union, Discovery Research Group conducts phone surveys of our Members regarding a recent transaction or loan application performed at one of our branches or call center. These surveys will provide us with valuable feedback and will help us find out how we are serving you. It is important to all of us at LBS Financial to acquire immediate and relevant information about the service in our branches and call center so that we may offer you the best service possible.

Thank you for the feedback we have received! Scores from Members rating their last interaction with us shows over 90% of our Members are extremely satisfied with our service. We are also receiving valuable feedback that will help us enhance our products and services to better serve you.
