Keeping your personal financial information secure at LBS Financial is one of our top priorities. To help maintain a high level of security on your account, you are required to use a strong, complex password when accessing your account through CU OnLine.

Your password must be an alpha numeric combination and eight to twenty characters in length. We also recommend using spaces and special characters, but this is not part of the requirement.

If your current password does not meet the requirements mentioned above, follow the directions below to change your password:

Visit the My Preferences section in CU OnLine. Once in this section, look for the Change Password box on the right side of the page. Enter your current/old password first, then your new password twice.Click Submit.

If you use Multiple Accounts to access your other accounts while logged into CU OnLine: Whenever you change a password, be sure to edit all the Multiple Login setups you have for that account. Multiple Login passwords are not automatically updated.
